Terms and conditions of free lottery in the Glendi Greek Festival 2011 Newspaper

1. Unleash Solar will supply and install your nominated system and claim the RECs (Renewable Energy Certificates) to be generated immediately after installation.
2. The promotion winner agrees to assign all rights and interests in the RECs to Unleash Solar.
3. In the event that the REC’s or Solar Credit Scheme be reduced, discontinued, withdrawn or cancelled that Unleash Solar reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion.
4. The winner declares that your property and its electrical system meet all safety standards applicable to Australian Law.
5. Any upgrades and associated costs to your electrical system or additional tilt kits be required to proceed with installation are solely your responsibility.
6. In order for the system to be fully grid connected the winner is responsible for metre upgrade/installation costs as per ETSA instruction.
